These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Menang123 platform, including the website accessible at https://menang123.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any related services operated by Menang123 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or otherwise using any of our services — including but not limited to placing wagers, claiming bonuses, or making deposits — you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit awarded to a Player pursuant to any offer or promotion, which is subject to separate wagering requirements as set out in Section 9.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by applicable regulations before withdrawals or enhanced account features are enabled.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Services" means all gambling, gaming, sports betting, and ancillary services offered on the Platform, including live casino, slots, sports betting, and lottery.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the minimum aggregate bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "FPX" means the Financial Process Exchange, Malaysia's national online payment gateway operated by Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
• "DuitNow" means the real-time funds transfer service operated under the Malaysian banking system and regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited for use by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold a pre-existing Account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of Menang123, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have provided accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you satisfy the eligibility criteria above. Menang123 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons.

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gambling obligations, Menang123 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and may request verification at any other time during the Player's account lifecycle.

You may be required to submit any or all of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence — clearly showing full legal name, date of birth, and identification number.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the preceding three (3) months, clearly showing your full legal name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document adjacent to your face.
• Source of Funds: Where required by our compliance team, documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited into your Account.

Menang123 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed. We reserve the right to extend this period where additional checks are required.

Documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All documentation is stored with 256-bit encryption and accessed only by authorised compliance personnel.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. Menang123 is not liable for errors resulting from misunderstanding of game rules or betting odds.
• The Platform must not be used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. We report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Menang123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are supported:

Withdrawal conditions: All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Menang123 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed. Menang123 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet methods; bank transfers may take up to 1 business day. Menang123 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed. In exceptional circumstances, contact support immediately and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Players are advised to verify all payment details before confirming any transaction.

Menang123 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools, all accessible directly from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period before the system restricts further wagers.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts after 1, 2, or 3 hours of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for periods of 1, 7, 14, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. This cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Account Balance, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, IP addresses, or device fingerprints.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of defrauding the Platform or gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, artificial intelligence, bots, or scripts to place wagers or interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through coordinated play, the use of multiple accounts, or any practice commonly referred to as "bonus abuse".
• Charging back, reversing, or otherwise disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on the Platform are subject to the general conditions set out in this Section and any additional terms specific to each individual offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

• Wagering Requirements (Rollover): All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. For example, a X15 rollover on a RM100 bonus means you must place aggregate bets totalling RM1,500 before the bonus converts to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum single bet or spin value permitted is RM 250, unless a higher limit is specifically stated in the promotion terms. Placing bets that exceed this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Sports betting and other game types may contribute at varying rates. • Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Standard expiry periods range from 7 to 30 days. Uncompleted wagering requirements and associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Cash-Out from Bonus Winnings: Certain bonus types impose a cap on the maximum amount of winnings that may be derived from Bonus Funds. Where applicable, this cap is stated explicitly in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise specified, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus Eligibility: Menang123 reserves the right to exclude any Player from claiming specific promotions at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons. Players who have a history of bonus abuse or prohibited activities are not eligible for promotions.

Menang123 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any discrepancy between the summary shown on a promotional banner and the full terms applicable to that promotion, the full terms shall prevail.

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, and game content — is the property of Menang123 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The "Menang123" brand name and logo are proprietary marks of the Platform operator.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes, including advertising or promoting any product or service.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital medium.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Menang123 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Interrupted access to the Platform due to technical maintenance, server downtime, or telecommunications failures outside our control.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game outcomes, odds, or results caused by third-party game providers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Gambling losses sustained through normal use of the Platform's gaming and betting services.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit Menang123's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Menang123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including engaging in any prohibited activity described in Section 8.
• Failure to provide required KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect the Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes.
• Provision of materially false or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• The Account holder is found to be under the age of 21 following age-verification checks.
• A valid self-exclusion or responsible gambling request is received by our support team.

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, Real Money Funds held in the Account may be withheld pending investigation and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Where an Account is closed legitimately and no breach of Terms has occurred, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method within 10 business days.

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Requests will be processed within 1–3 business days. Pending wagers will be settled before the final balance is returned.

Menang123 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page, with the "Last Updated" date amended accordingly.

Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect the rights or obligations of Players — we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes (such as formatting corrections, clarifications, or editorial updates) may be made without specific notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure pursuant to Section 12.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to Menang123's customer support team for informal resolution.

Where informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable period, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise ordered by the arbitrator.

Nothing in this Section shall preclude either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.
